Information in PatientLink is not a substitute for talking with your physician. Please discuss any concerns with your care provider. If you are in a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Secure Messaging We have now enabled secure messaging for CAMC Physicians Group
practices. If you see a provider in the CAMC Physicians Group, you can use
PatientLink to send a secure message to your physician’s office. If you have a
question, but are not being treated by one of the physicians listed within the
patient portal, please do not send a message. Rather, please contact your
treating physician with any questions.

Emails and validation codes
If you register for the portal and you do not receive the emails with your registration and/or validation codes, please first check your junk mail folder. If you did not receive them at all, please call
(304) 388-1324 to have your provisioning email and validation code resent. Please add PatientLink@camc.org to your "safe senders" list to ensure that you receive all emails related to the patient portal.
Password retrieval
If you forget your PatientLink password and click on "Forgot Your Password?" on the portal login screen, you will be prompted to answer the security questions that you set up for your account. You will then receive a new password.
Changing your password
To change your password, log in to PatientLink and click the "Change Password" link. You will be prompted to enter your old password, and to confirm your new password by typing it twice. Your new password will be set when you click OK.
Changing your profile information for your PatientLink portal account
To update your personal information, log in to the patient portal and click the "Profile" link. This will bring up your User Information page. Click the "Edit User" button at the bottom of this page, and you will be able to change your address, phone numbers and email address.
Account reset
If you log in and your account has expired, please email
patientlink_support@camc.org to have your PatientLink account reset.
Medical records
To request a paper copy of your medical record, call
(304) 388-1308. Proof of identity is required when you pick medical records up in person (driver’s license or some type of government issued photo ID).
